Synojmë të fuqizojmë të rinjtë e Kosovës që të arrijnë sukses në Olimpiadën e STEM-it përmes trajnimeve cilësore, mentorimit profesional dhe mundësive që i lidhin me standardet ndërkombëtare të ekselencës.

Çdo vit, nxënës të dalluar nga Kosova fitojnë mundësinë të përfaqësojnë vendin e tyre në Olimpiadën e STEM-it, duke garuar në fusha si Shkenca, Teknologjia, Inxhinieria, Programimi (Coding), Matematika dhe Inteligjenca Artificiale (AI).

Në vitin 2026, 25 nga mendjet më të talentuara të reja të Kosovës do të marrin pjesë në Olimpiadën e STEM-it, e cila do të mbahet në Romë, Itali, në muajin korrik.

Ky event global do të mbledhë rreth 1,000 pjesëmarrës nga mbi 150 shtete, duke ofruar një platformë shumë konkurruese dhe frymëzuese ku nxënësit prezantojnë njohuritë, kreativitetin dhe aftësitë e tyre për zgjidhjen e problemeve në një skenë ndërkombëtare.

From Kosovo to the World: Support our STEM STUDENTS 2026

We aim to empower Kosovo’s youth to succeed in the STEM Olympiad through quality training, professional mentoring and opportunities that connect them to international standards of excellence.

Every year, outstanding students from Kosovo earn the opportunity to represent their country in the STEM Olympiad, competing in fields such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Coding, Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

In 2026, 25 of Kosovo’s most talented young minds will participate in the STEM Olympiad, which will be held in Rome, Italy, in July.

This global event will bring together around 1,000 participants from over 150 countries, providing a highly competitive and inspiring platform where students showcase their knowledge, creativity and problem-solving skills on an international stage.

• Provide professional preparation and ongoing support for students, helping them develop their skills and achieve high results
• Cover travel, accommodation and participation costs, ensuring that lack of financial means is not an obstacle to representing Kosovo

Shkodra njihet prej kohësh si “Djepi i Kulturës” i Shqipërisë, megjithatë në lagjet dhe periferitë rurale më të pafavorizuara, shumë fëmijë po rriten pa pasur qasje në asnjë libër të tyre. Projekti Libri u krijua për ta ndryshuar këtë.

Misioni ynë është i thjeshtë: t’u japim libra frymëzues dhe me cilësi të lartë fëmijëve në Shkodër që kanë më shumë nevojë për to. Duke financuar bibliotekat e shkollave dhe këndet e leximit në komunitet, ne po sigurohemi që barrierat ekonomike të mos pengojnë imagjinatën ose arsimimin e një fëmije.

Ndërsa qendra e qytetit lulëzon, shkollat në zonat rurale përreth dhe komunitetet e margjinalizuara shpesh nuk kanë buxhet për asgjë përtej teksteve shkollore bazë. Shkodra has long been known as Albania’s “Cradle of Culture,” yet in its most underprivileged neighborhoods and rural outskirts, many children are growing up without access to a single book of their own. The Libri Project was created to change that.

Our mission is simple: to get high-quality, inspiring books into the hands of kids in Shkodra who need them most. By funding school libraries and community reading corners, we are ensuring that economic barriers don’t stand in the way of a child’s imagination or education.

Why Shkodra?

While the city center thrives, schools in the surrounding rural areas and marginalized communities often lack the budget for anything beyond basic textbooks. Many of these library shelves have been empty for years. We believe that literacy is the greatest tool for empowerment, and every child in Shkodra—regardless of their background—deserves to be a part of Albania’s rich literary legacy.

Projekti ‘Krijimi i korridorit pyjor të Parkut të Kodrave të Korçës’, parashikon krijimin e një lidhjeje në trajtë korridori pyjor të dy-tre zonave aktualisht të gjelbëruara të Parkut të Kodrave të Korçës, me anë të mbjelljes së fidanëve të specieve,

Akacie (Robinia pseudoacacia)

Panjë (Acer negundo)

Sumak me brirë (Rhus typhina) dhe 

Pema e parajsës (Ailanthus altissima), 

përreth një zone me sipërfaqe 53,328 m2 (53,3 ha) të vendosur kryesisht në shpatin perëndimor të kodrave (hapësira e gjelbër mbi qytet) dhe përgjatë një korridori me gjatësi totale prej 670m dhe gjerësi që varion nga 18 m deri në 210 m.

Pse propozojmë pikërisht këtë zonë?  

Sepse është gjurma kryesore e zonës të kalueshme dhe më shumë të frekuentueshme që lidh qytetin me parkun natyror të kodrave dhe mandej të Moravës. Ështëtradicionalisht i frekuentuar dhe pjesë e fortë përbërëse e historisë të vjetër dhe të re të qytetit. Është subjekt tregimesh, kujtimesh dhe serenatash. 

Ky aks, gjithashtu konsiderohet të jetë tejet i rëndësishëm përsa i përket jo vetëm lidhjes të disa prej zonave më me interes zhvillimi të qytetit, por edhe për shkak të potencialit të përllogaritur turistik dhe zhvillimor që mbart. 

Kodrat e qytetit, mali i Moravës pas tyre dhe gjithë tërësia e atraksioneve të asaj zone, listohen si disa prej zonave më të para të zhvilluara kryesisht në shërbime dhe gjithashtu edhe si strehë sitesh të vizitueshme kulturore dhe natyrore. 

Me anë të këtij korridori dhe të kësaj rruge aksesohen edhe parqet natyrore të Moravës, të Bredhit të Drenovës, kreshta e Cardhakut, Monumenti Natyror i Gurit të Capit, etj. Të gjitha këto kanë qenë dhe janë zona shumë të frekuentuara. 

Njëkohësisht, sitet e sipërpërmendura konsiderohen si zona të stimuluara zhvillimi dhe qëndrojnë në projektet e bashkisë të Korcës si zona të zhvillimit turistik.  

Estetizimi dhe zbukurimi urban i kësaj zone, restaurimi i ekosistemeve të dëmtuara hershëm me po të njëjtatspecie pemësh rreth të cilave është krijuar profili i kësaj zone, pritet të krijojë në vetvete një segment jo vetëm të bukur dhe shumëngjyrësh në të gjitha stinët, por edhe me vlerë në ndihmë të mjedisit dhe ekosistemeve të vlefshme të asaj zone e cila shërben si mbrojtëse e qytetit prej erërave të Moravës.Këto të fundit janë shndërruar në problem frekuent gjatë dimrit që pas dëmtimeve masive të brezave pyjorë gjatëviteve ’90.

Creating Change to Empower Albanian Youth

Every kid wants to be an all-star some day, and here is your chance to make that possibility come true for Albanian youth under the first program for Albanian youth of the newly formed Korçarët Ndihmojnë Korçarët Korce Community Foundation  — the first and only Albanian Community Foundation.

We are working together with Partners Albania for Change and Development, Smile.al and the Credins Bank Foundation, and Alphaplan and Code for Albania.

Together, we would like to raise $30,000 to:  

• What we are doing with partners #1
• What we are doing with partners #2
• Support 15 promising youth from less well-off families to participate in the Code for Albania Camp in Korce in 2026

So far we have raised about $15,000 as follows:

• $2,000 Global Albanians Foundation and Mark Kosmo

We see this as an opportunity to now embark on a new and more ambitious chapter to not only empower more Albanian youth with tech skills, but also to help identify and support future Albanian tech entrepreneurs and widen their engagement with the Albanian diaspora — and particularly Albanian Diaspora Tech Entrepreneurs.

We’re excited to see this program continue to grow and empower even more groups of young people who go on to create startups, succeed in universities, and make a real difference for Albania by 2030.

Historically, the oda was the center of authority — a space where men gathered to speak, decide, and lead, while women were both physically and symbolically excluded. We are reclaiming that space to include women and girls! F’Oda is where girls come together to share, resist, organize, and grow — not individually, but collectively.

We are a grassroots feminist collective founded and led by a team of Albanian girls from the diaspora. We organize across Kosovo, the Balkans, and Albanian diaspora communities through:

• Collective activism against gender-based and sexual violence
  
• Mental health advocacy and trauma-informed healing
  
• Dismantling patriarchal norms that shape every level of our society
  
• Artistic expression as a form of resistance and truth-telling
  
• Intergenerational mentorship and leadership development
  
• Creating spaces that are not only safe, but nourishing 

Our work goes beyond programming; we also build partnerships with NGOs, community organizers, independent activists, and political institutions to bring collective pressure, visibility, and systemic accountability to the issues affecting Albanian women and girls.

We are proud to partner with Action for Mothers and Children (AMC Kosova) — a leading institution in maternal and child health — to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

In Kosovo, too many talented and motivated young people face financial and social barriers that prevent them from pursuing higher education. That’s where the “Lulëzojnë” Scholarship Program comes in – a youth-driven initiative by TOKA, Kosovo’s leading youth development organization.

TOKA’s goal: To support 15 deserving young people from marginalized communities so they can start or continue their university studies in 2025–2026. Each scholarship recipient will receive support to cover tuition, housing, food, books, technology, or mental health services.

Note: 20% of your donation supports the administration and program implementation. This brings the total value of each scholarship to $1,400, which helps students cover school fees, housing, health-related expenses, books, laptops, and other essential academic tools.

Why “Lulëzojnë”?

“Lulëzojnë” means “they bloom” in Albanian, and this is exactly what we want to help these youth do: bloom with opportunity, with purpose, and with the education they deserve.

This scholarship doesn’t just support students financially – it empowers them to stay engaged in their communities, develop leadership skills, and become role models for others.
